Menu Wine Breather Carafe : A specially designed collar on the decanter spout enables drip free passage of wine from the bottle. If preferred, the wine can then be decanted again....back into the original bottle. In fact, this can be repeated, each decant taking about 3 minutes, as often as you like with the wine quality improving continuously as you go. This "unique to menu" process is a great conversation starter with dinner guests and the Carafe itself is a beautiful, fine glass server for the improved wine.
